Be responsible for C&B related operation, such as C&B analysis, monthly payroll calculation, annual performance bonus program, annual merit program and so on
Collect and participate salary survey to support on annual salary structure preparation.
Be responsible for monthly employee’s social insurance, housing fund, individual income tax declaration.
Be responsible for the high-quality recruitment, including recruiting channel management, interviewing, campus hiring, summer intern program.
Be responsible for employees labor contract management, including contract renewal or termination process and ensure labor practice compliance with labor laws and local labor regulations.
Support on the administration of employee engagement survey and monthly follow up the action implementation.
Support on continuous improvement of HR policy and procedure base on the daily operation.
Prepare and ensure kinds of HR report accuracy, such as KPI report, C&B rolling forecast.
Provide kinds of employee service, such as certificate of employment, organize employee activities and so on.

Job Requirements
Bachelor degree, major in Human Resources or related field is a plus.
Minimum 3 years solid HR working experience, C&B experience is must.
Proficient in MS office software: word, excel and power point.
Strong communication in both English and Chinese, good interpersonal skill.
Good analytical skills and problem solving skills.
Strong sense of accountability, detail oriented, be proactive, and able to work independently
